Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. We earnestly endeavour to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action. 

We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs.  However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods.  To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance.  
 
Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.

We specialize in the following services: Large inventory of fresh flowers, Plants, European/dish gardens Contemporary and traditional arrangements High-style floral arrangements. Weddings, Funerals & Dances.  Gourmet and fruit baskets & Gift baskets. Local made products like, Toffe, Candles, Soaps and Bath products. Scandinavian specialties and a large variety of house decor/gifts. 

 

Delivery Policy: 

A local delivery fee of will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.) U.S. orders must be received before 10:30 AM in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

 

Delivery to Hospitals:

We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order. 

 

Delivery to Funeral Homes:

Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.

 

Delivery During Holidays:

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

 

Recipient Not Home: 

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. 

Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery. 

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request. 

 

Substitution Policy: 

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Data Privacy:

By ordering from our website customer data such as name, address, email, phone number, and credit card will be securely saved within the order itself for processing purposes. If an account is created when checking out, the system will save this information to expedite future purchases. Checking out as a guest will cause the system to not retain this data outside of what is necessary for processing the specified order.

 

PCI Compliance:

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information as additional protection against the decoding of that information by anyone other than us. However, despite all reasonable security precautions and processes, such as password protection, encryption technology, and use of firewall technology, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect its security on our systems. 

 

Cancellations & Replacements: 

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store at 360-384-1616. 

 

Returns/Refunds:

As the purchaser of items, the purchaser agrees that:

As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery by calling 360-384-1616 or emailing clary.jensen@gmail.com — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.


We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during shipping
As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.


Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.


As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last long. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.


If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns.


As all flowers are not always in season, or not in stock, we reserve the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel without prior consultation. We will do our utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised picture as possible. If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.


Delivery times are generalized to “morning” and “afternoon” deliveries. If you require a timed delivery, please call and speak with our designers to make those arrangements.


It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender.
